OK for newfs_ext2fs, if we get manuel to do the work (he's on holiday for
the next 1.8 weeks). 

But will it be as easy to write resizeffs?

NetBSD - because Unix isn't just #include <linux.h>, i386, ILP32, ELF, ...!
