	For GENERIC... 64 - 32 quickly runs out if you have a couple of
	screen users. GENERIC is not the lightest of configs and the
	amount we save between 64 and 32 is probably not worth the pain
	we cause some when they run out.

	Actually, shouldn't this be handled by something similar to
	Jason's	cloning network device code? :)
