This should only be added if this is how a newer GNU tar will represent
bzip2 archives, and the tar frontend of pax(1) will need updating as well.

We're moving -- slowly, mind you 8^) -- away from GNU tar to the tar
frontend for pax.  I personally anticipate a switch in 1.6.  So adding new
options to the in-tree GNU tar probably won't buy much.
