Um... no.  In fact S623comd comes exactly between S61foo and S63bar --
scripts are dictionary ordered, at least on Solaris, Irix, and `real'
System V.

In fact, you could rename them all to SAAAfoo SAABbar SAACbaz if it
floated your boat.
