Proposal:
   	    - If any portmap dependent service is enabled without
   	      portmap, syslog a big warning, and disable service.


yunno, i'd almost prefer my machine didn't fully boot if rc.conf
is misconfigured like this.  eg, as if rc_configured isn't YES.


but i imagine others might hate this.
