I cannot imagine using more than one terminal at a time but that
   should not mean we don't support it ;-)


FYI:

ircII has supported using as many terminals at the same time as
the system limits would provide, either in a (new) xterm or a
(new) screen(1) window (i imagine it could be ported to our own
window(1) also).  ok ok, it's not 100% perfect or stable (it
was a new feature when i inherited the code, i just made it most
sorta work :), but it does use more than one terminal :-)


not that ircII could _ever_ be multithreaded...  :-)
