netbsd lacks programs to play and record audio samples using
/dev/audio0 & /dev/audioctl0.  i have written (compatible with
sunos5) audioplay/audiorecord programs and i would like to have
these included with NetBSD 1.4.

these programs are simple interfaces to play and record features
of the audio device, and i personally have found them very easy
to use but also very useful, when using audio under sunos5.

current audiorecord and audioplay only know about sun/next audio
files, but i plan on changing that shortly.

does anyone object to me importing these two programs?
