I like csh, and prefer it.. But I can handle a two second edit to change that.
However, I notice we ship a really decent .cshrc as default for root, but a
pretty sparse .profile. If we change root's shell to sh, then we need to
duplicate all that functionality so someone upgrading to 1.4 doesn't say
'dammit, why doesn't ll work!'
