Then don't be a system administrator.  `Duh?'

I wouldn't much object to the BIND stuff moving to /usr/bin unless the ISC
distribution puts them in .../sbin (for consistency), but ping and
traceroute are very obviously administration tools.  Just put the sbin's in
your $PATH, for Deus' sake.
