Note that, since we always use Pmake (NetBSD's make) with
Imakefile-generated Makefiles, and because pkgsrc sets PREFIX in the
environment instead of on the make command line, this probably should be: 

   PREFIX ?= ProjectRoot

I noticed this whie actually testing against a pkg or two (this is the first
time I used these <host.def> definitions with the pkg system, and it worked
on two thus far).
