No. I got from Chris Provenzano. Maybe Chris fetched it from there? 8-).
I haven't seen 'draft POSIX 1003.1c' because I've been waiting for the word
'draft' to go away.

Of course I need this treatment of errno because of POSIX 1003.1c. I just think
that we could do it all the time - even in non-threaded code.
