Is there a reason that CFLAGS is assigned to unconditionally in
/usr/share/mk/sys.mk? This makes it difficult to override when
building software that has its source spread into subdirectories.

Would it hurt to change

	CFLAGS=		-O
to
	CFLAGS?=	-O
