--enable-new-dtags

Hi!

SDL2 2.0.5 added -Wl,--enable-new-dtags to 'sdl2-config --libs'
output.

This broke the build of packages using it, because linking the test
program failed with "libfreetype.so.6 not found" even though it
exists and is buildlink3'd in.

I've removed this from sdl2-config for now, but I'd like to understand
the problem. Can someone explain please?
