How do you unpack the snapshots?
The files has proper x-bits both on the filesystem of the NetBSD ftp=20
server and also in the gnu.tar.gz file:
babylon5% tar plzvtf gnu.tar.gz | grep gcc4/move-if-change
-rwxr-xr-x 1 srcmastr netbsd 884 Apr 20 08:21 src/gnu/dist/gcc4/move=
-if-change
You do use -p on tar, yes?
