I have patches to build fsck, newfs, dumpfs and fsdb as host tools
which I would like to commit.  They are primarily useful for cross
host testing and debugging.

Does anyone mind?  Should I enable these with MKMAINTAINERTOOLS or
inroduce another similar variable?
