Is your intention that all ports would have a cross built fdisk or just
the ones which normally provide one natively? I ask because building
w. your patch for sparc breaks for instance since it normally uses no fdisk
so the mbr SUBDIR check doesn't work there and it gets included and blows up.
on a slightly different tangent....
shouldn't sparc (and sparc64) and probably a few other ports have an
fdisk these days...with USB/pcmcia disk support, anyone could be talking
to a "dos" hard disk...
