hi folks.


besides hppa, x86_64 and ns32k binutils 2.15 appears to be done for
everthing else.  i'll be looking at these remaining platforms over
the weekend, but if someone happens to do it in the next day or so
(when i won't be looking at it) i won't complain :-)


at this point, please send-pr any problems you have building anything
but the above 3 platforms (amd64, hp700 and pc532.)
