I'm getting the error message:
pax: File ./usr/include/sys/sysctl.h was modified during copy to archive
while trying to make /bsd/src/distrib/sets

What is actually wrong?

I've rerun 'build.sh districtution' and then redone the
$ cd /bsd/src/etc
$ INSTALL_DONE=1 DISTRIBUTION_DONE=1 nbmake release
and it happened again.

The sysctl.h it should be picking up is dated Feb 10 - it hasn't
changed all that recently.
