Uh, as far as I know, i just posted that patch for contribution
purposes (i.e., so that others could hack on it, make it better, etc.,
and eventually get it committed).

i don't believe it was applied to the master binutils sources, nor
will it be unless somebody does some work to get it in...

probably should make sure it's in binutils before putting it in the
NetBSD sources...
