makefs depends on the kernel (ufs/ffs) headerfiles and they have been
updated and makefs too. I just installed the new headerfiles.
(cd /usr/src/sys/ufs && make includes).

There was some more lossage but I this that was my misstake.

I guess there should be a -I to the ffs headerfiles somewhere.
