Perhaps I've missed something, but is it really intended
that newer versions of the toolchain (whether USE_NEW...
or not) don't include the -Wformat checks with -Wall?

See my latest commit to usr.bin/crunch/crunchgen/crunchgen.c:
This is only detected if I explicitely compile with -Wformat,
or with an 1-year-old compiler.
