Phil,

I'm doing diffs between 2.9.1.0.19a and Cygnus' binutils.  In bfd/libaout.h
M_ARM6_NETBSD = 143.  In the Cygnus binutils, it is 141, the same as
M_ALPHA_NETBSD.  Which is correct.  I suspect ours is.
