I've built and installed todays (980827) -current.  When I link
I often get the message 
  ld: symbol __PROCEDURE_LINKAGE_TABLE_ remains undefined
after linking now.  One place where it occurs is when linking
amd (which, btw, doesn't work in -current).

Is there some important upgrade step that I've missed or is
ld broken?
