Sorry I'm not able to attach a dmesg, but I didn't have a lot
of time to get the onboard ethernet to work (the BIOS is still
set for PNP OS, and I have to ship the machine away).  I was
able to do very minor things like disklabel read, dd read off of
the raw IDE disk and such.
