You know, a lot of us truly agree that it can be used without pf. But
that doesn't change the fact that it comes along with the pf code.

Gnu make is actually called "make." It it can be used without any other
gnu software. Ought we now change pkgsrc so that gnu make is installed
as "make"? If not, how is this different from the spamd case?

BTW, I might well be happy with other names than 'pfspamd', if anybody's
got any suggestions.
