why do you persist in stating this?  it is not the case.  netbsd has
been pro-actively doing things to make the system more secure for 
longer than i've been a developer.  there has been more than one case
netbsd was _not_ affected by some random hole because of this.  there
are numerous actual examples beyond these as well.
