Sysinst doesn't, technically, have a "default"; there's a list of choices
with things in a program-specified order. It just configures options.

The default in libc should be as compatible as possible, regardless of the
order of options presented in sysinst. If people don't like DES, then set
it to MD5, as it has by now gained wider acceptance. Setting blowfish as
libc default is out of the question, as it's much more proprietary in the
context of passwd files.
