NetBSD still specifies how to get patches using CVS. And the CVS 
specified in the announcement still does not work in default NetBSD 
setups for most people. The last time I asked about this, I got three 
different answers for how I could tweak my environment and/or the 
commands given (!) to get the files.

Are the patches also available by FTP? If not, why not?
