I did this patch because  OpenBSD users asked me if it was possible
to back port the fixes present in XFree86 4.0.1. 

You should be able to use it in the NetBSD xsrc tree too, since most
of the touched files were not modified from XFree86 3.3.6 before
patching them. I added one correction from Debian patches (the
patch to XlibInt.h) to the fixes already present in 4.0.1.
