Binaries do. Suggesting that the source needs removing is just plain
silly. Real crypto projects, with fat market share -- ssh, openssl,
gnu privacy guard, and a dozen other freeware projects smack-bang in
the middle of europe feel no such need. Most of them even default to
building binaries with it activated.

It is very much in Ascom's interests to have its algorithm distributed
far and wide.
