I did not notice that the new version (3.2.1) put the ipmon executable
in /usr/local/bin instead of /usr/sbin as it did in the previous version.
Since I did not update the path in /etc/netstart, I was starting the old
version of ipmon which did not run well with the new version of the IP
filter.
