Looking at the python binary packages for NetBSD 11 amd64, the only
packages that exists for 3.13 but not 3.14:
py-backports.zstd: (included in 3.14+, so not a problem
py-torch: While this is important, the pkgsrc version is out of date.
It's 2.8.0 from August 2025, which isn't really that long ago, but
upstream has released 2.14.1 as a micro on the 7th minor release since
2.8.0! This is therefore not a reasont to refrain from updating to
3.14.
My take is that the small list of "3.13 packages exists but not 3.14"
means that changing to 3.14 is not only appropriate this minute, but is
likely overdue.
