Oh, silly me, that's even what The Guide says.  Sorry.

However, The Guide also says to make checksum after that, which fails for, 
hmm, missing checksums.  Shouldn't that be make distinfo?

And now (I'm trying to package dmarc-cat) I get
	ld: library 'gpgme' not found
despite
	.include "../../security/gpgme/buildlink3.mk"
in my Makefile.  Probably another silly mistake on my side?
