Import request: vim-classic* from wip

Hi all,

I created vim-classic, vim-classic-lang and vim-classic-share in
pkgsrc-wip, and I think they are ready for import into pkgsrc-current.

I've been using it successfully for a couple months now on NetBSD 11
x86_64.  The packages pass pkglint's tests.

And, of course, let me know if there's anything that needs to be
fixed/changed before import.
