qt6 status

It seems qt6 is increasingly being used and it would be great it it were
fully available in Q2, for some definition of fully.

I'm packaging qgis master in wip which is heading to 4.0.  4.0 is likely
to be not baked yet and not in Q2.

It's not talking to the keyring daemon which I haven't really
investigated yet.

qt6 things I think I might be missing from pkgsrc:

But the good news is that it feels 99% there.
