I'm not following. It's not just binary pkgs and pkgin. People build
from branch sources, by hand, and with pkg_rr.
Reading Taylor's message, this is a change that results in a binary
package change in things that build against zlib, so yes revbumping is
needed.
Presumably we revbumped on HEAD. I don't see why pkgsrc-2025Q3 is
different.
