This includes its own copy of cargo.mk - it should use the one from
lang/rust/cargo.mk.

When I naively try to use that, it fails to build though. Haven't
looked further.

pkglint complains about whitespace issues.

We don't like MESSAGE files in pkgsrc - either add the information to
files/README.pkgsrc and install it manually, or rely on people reading
upstream documentation - it actually doesn't look pkgsrc-specific.
