Thanks; I commited this with a minor tweak. I build-tested with all options
enabled and ran 'make test'.
Some tests a are failing; it seems they are confused by the http_proxy
enforced by the pkgsrc environnement.

I'm now running the new clamav (without options) on a production mail
server; no problems found so far and clamav did block some malware already.

databases for clamav 0.103.x will stop being available on Sep 14
(https://docs.clamav.net/faq/faq-eol.html#version-support-matrix).
This probably means that freshclam will start reporting errors, and
new installations won't have any database at all. So I'd like to get this
to pkgsrc in a week or so; a pullup to 2025Q2 will probably be needed.
