tcl/tk update to 9.0.1: lots of breakage: help wanted

Hi!

Sean Cole provided updated packages for tcl and tk to 9.0.1 in
wip/tcl90 and wip/tk90.

I've now run a limited bulk build (using "revbump.py -n lang/tcl")
using these packages, but the results are not good.

Before:
Total number of packages: 651
Successfully built: 647
Failed build: 1
Depending on failed package: 0
Explicitly broken or masked: 3
Depending on masked package: 0

After:
Total number of packages: 651
Successfully built: 580
Failed build: 55
Depending on failed package: 13
Explicitly broken or masked: 3
Depending on masked package: 0

I've uploaded the reports, diffs, and bulk build directories.

Report summaries:

     https://www.netbsd.org/~wiz/tcl/tcl-report-before.html
     https://www.netbsd.org/~wiz/tcl/tcl-report-after.html

Build logs:

Diffs:

     https://www.netbsd.org/~wiz/tcl/tcl.diff
     https://www.netbsd.org/~wiz/tcl/tk.diff

Is anyone interested in fixing this, so we can update tcl/tk to 9.0?
 Thomas
