That is there in the python312 and python313 packages since the
original import of them (2023 in the case of python312). It's the
Integrated Development and Learning Environment, and a standard part
of python.

You can run 'pkg_info -Fe /usr/pkg/bin/idle3.12' and it will tell you
which package it belongs to.
