graphics/pcl fails to build with boost 1.86.0

Updating and rebuilding, pcl fails.  It looks like an API break in
boost.  (Yes, I know it's a bug of any program to use boost given its
track record, but it didn't seem helpful to tell pcl that!)

I wonder:

  How did meta-pkgs/boost build with the new boost, given what I'm
  seeing?  I don't remember any discussion about updating anyway, and I
  don't remember seeing any discussion.

  Does pcl build for anyone else?
