Python issues, mostly

Hi, all,

Python packages are breaking, and I haven't had time to see where and why. 
Happy to give more details if needed:

Also, python310 still hangs on non-interactive build.


Also, just so it doesn't get forgotten, vim-share still gets confused when 
upgrading, as it has (mostly) for years:
