security/libassuan2

Last month security/libassuan2 was upgraded to version 3.x.  This makes 
the package directory name a bit confusing.  An added complication is 
that this breaks any packages that still require the 2.x API (e.g. I am 
still building an older copy of gnupg 2.0 because they broke compat 
after that version.)

I'd recommend renaming it to security/libassuan, given that the old 1.x 
was removed over 8 years ago, and optionally restoring v2.x back in 
place (I am happy to maintain that if necessary).
