Thanks for the fix; now rust179-bin builds.  rust177-bin and rust178-bin
still fail.

It seems lang/rust-bin is 1.76 -- I more or less remember a discussion
and agreement that we'd keep rust-bin in sync with rust.  Do people
disagree, or is this just how it ended up?
