It's the first time I hear of that problem. I don't see it in my bulk
build (but I limit my Python versions, perhaps that avoids it).  I
don't see anything on pkgsrc-bulk or pkgsrc-users or tech-pkg.

You'll have to provide more details or fix it yourself, yes.
