Re: rust on 32-bit arm

This appears so far to have been successful, and I've used a
rust178-bin package to build a working sysutils/dua-cli on
NetBSD/evbarm-earmv7hf 9.0.

Native build of rust 1.79.0 itself remains, but has started.
