ap24-py310-python-3.5.0nb3 PLIST issue

I am just updating my local packages, all from scratch, using pkgsrc -current
as of earlier this morning on a NetBSD 10.0_BETA system (after the openssl
pullup).

It fails with:

=> Automatic manual page handling
=> Generating post-install file lists
