Approval request for Boost 1.81.0

Hi,

I have updated Boost packages to 1.81.0 in my local tree.
With meta-pkgs/bulk-test-boost, all packages except the following
build without problems.

graphics/blender: I will update this to 3.4.1. It does not require
pacthes for Boost 1.81.0.

misc/libreoffice: I will update this to 7.4.4.2 with a patch for Boost 1.81.0.

databases/mongodb: This requires some patches not to use deprecated Boost
features.

chat/quassel: This package is broken. However its breakage is not
related to Boost 1.81.0.

Can I commit Boost 1.81.0?
I will commit 4 fixes just after Boost update.
