x264-devel -> x264

It seems that the replacement of x264-devel with x264 doesn't work as 
expected:

=> Creating binary package /usr/pkgsrc/packages/All/x264-20220601.tgz
===> su-real-package-install [x264-20220601 ffmpeg5-5.1.2] ===> Installing 
binary package of x264-20220601
pkg_add: Conflicting PLIST with x264-devel-20191217nb3: bin/x264
pkg_add: 1 package addition failed
*** Error code 1

A simple pkg_delete -f x264-devel, then restart of pkg_rolling-replace 
fixes it.
