lang/libunwind requires too recent GCC

What is the reason for this change?

-GCC_REQD+=		4.8
+GCC_REQD+=		12

I object to requiring such recent GCC.
No OPSYS distribution has base GCC this recent.
libunwind builds with GCC 10 from NetBSD-current.
Can we at least lower this requirement to GCC 10
and/or document why newer GCC is needed?
